Can pets be as gadget-obsessed as their human masters? Sony imagines a world where dogs, cats and hamsters can get in on the latest tech trends with its Animalia line of products — including a doggie TV and cat headphones — that are designed for a particular furry friend.
It's a just-for-laughs April Fools' prank, of course, although the photo of a cat rocking out with a pair of M3-OW KittyCans is so worth it. We're glad the leaner, meaner Sony under CEO Kazuo Hirai has a sense of humor. Here's the gag press release:
