Zynga Sues 'Bang With Friends' App Over Trademark Infringement

Zynga, the social gaming company responsible for Words With Friends and Chess With Friends, is suing the hookup app Bang With Friends, citing a violation of trademark infringement over the phrase "with Friends," according to a Bloomberg report.


Per the complaint, Zynga stated that Bang With Friends selected its name "for its casual sex matchmaking app with Zynga’s game trademarks fully in mind.”
