"With a heavy heart, I'm sad to say that a man passed away last night after stepping out in front of my bus in Indiana," country singer Jason Aldean said in an online statement. While Aldean was the only passenger on the bus on Highway 41 at 1:30 a.m. Monday morning, the Knox County sheriff's department said that homeless man Albert Kennedy of Vincennes, Ind., "walked out into the middle of the roadway." He was pronounced dead at the scene.
