As Americans honored the memory of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday, a Republican candidate for Florida House District 68 said President Barack Obama should be hanged for war crimes. In response to a message on Twitter that read, "I'm past impeachment. It's time to arrest and hang him high," Joshua Black retweeted the message and added, "Agreed." Black, 31, is a former street evangelist who works as a taxi driver. His campaign website states, "Republicans have a serious communication problem. Everything we say sounds like spears."
