President Barack Obama delivers the State of the Union speech tonight to a joint session of Congress. One of the expected topics, via CNN: "During the State of the Union address, expect President Obama to mount a passionate defense of the Affordable Care Act, according to a source familiar with the speech. He will also address concerns of those with insurance who are worried about how the program will affect them."
