Aretha Franklin's Cover of 'Rolling in the Deep' Is Almost Better Than Adele's Original

Aretha Franklin is just asking for is a little respect for her impressive Adele cover

The 72-year-old powerhouse has unleashed her version of Adele's "Rolling in the Deep," adding her familiar runs and spicing up the 2010 thumping breakup song by adding in a chorus from "Ain't No Mountain High Enough."

Franklin's rendition will be featured on her upcoming album of 10 cover songs, titled Aretha Franklin Sings The Great Diva Classics, which debuts Oct. 21 from RCA Records
