The man who was taken down by a crowd of bystanders at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport last week after kicking and punching another man has been identified by police as McCleish "Mac" Christmas Benham, 27, of Shelbyville, Tennessee. He's been charged with public intoxication and simple assault for the incident, which police said began when he began verbally abusing a female gate agent and another man told him police were on the way and began filming him. The video picks up at that point. Benham told police he'd had "100 drinks."
