A New York woman dressed like a zombie was arrested twice for DUI within the span of three hours. Catherine Butler, 26, was driving without her headlights on after leaving a Halloween party early Saturday when she was pulled over by police in Gates. After being charged and picked up by a friend, she was arrested by another cop less than three hours later, for driving drunk. Police said her blood alcohol level was .11 percent the first time and .09 percent the second.
