425 Million Image Time-Lapse Of The Sun

NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory has put together a 10-year time-lapse of the Sun, using 425 million high-resolution images (over 20 million gigabytes of data). A photo was recorded every 0.75 seconds, each second of the video represents a day. The 61 minute time-lapse includes some interesting sunspots and large flares. You can also watch Venus transit across the Sun at 12:24, if only for a second.
